For years we were having problems with a very large flat roofed extension on our premises at Main Street Castlebar. Lee of Unyte Solutions were recommended to us and on our first meeting Lee carried out an inspection and followed up with a planned schedule of works with a payment plan for each phase of the project. All the work was carried out to the highest standard and was finished to the agreed time frame. Lee and his team were absolutely brilliant and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Unite Solutions. We approached Lee in late summer of 2023 when we were looking for a building company to restore our derelict cottage and build a new extension. We are now (end of March 2024) in the middle of the building process and so far we are very happy with Lee's work.

He offered us several meetings via Zoom in advance to discuss, explain and pre-plan everything. Back then we were still living in Germany and everyone told us that we must be crazy to start a project of this magnitude from afar. But with Lee, there was nothing to worry about: From the start of the work, he regularly sent us videos and photos of the progress. He met with us online about once a week to keep us up to date with everything. He drew up a detailed work and payment schedule in advance, which has always been adhered to as planned to date.

If you, dear reader, are from Germany like us (or from a country with a similar conditioning that leaves you a wee bit obsessive about punctuality and communication accuracy), you may find yourselve slightly (really only slightly!) frustrated at times. I mention this not as a criticism, but -on the contrary- to make it clear: these minor frustrations in no way reflect the overall reliability, efficiency, competence and organisational talent of Lee and his work.
I personally have never seen construction work carried out as rapidly and accurately as on this site! Lee is not only very competent & knowledgeable, he also seems to really care about the project. He is very patient, friendly, helpful & generous with his time and expertise. He has so far found a solution within our budget for almost everything we have envisioned.

Lee provided separate costing documents for us to compare both a new build & a renovation. The costings allowed us to clarify what our budget would reach to in each senerio. The research that went into both cases was impeccable. Lee is really knowledgeable, explains all steps in simple terms and has alot of patience as I queried plenty. Lee was very professional and nothing was an issue. We used Unyte Solutions to provide us with estimated costs for our new extension build onto a 1960s Bungalow.   Lee provided us with an excellent costing breakdown for both the extension and options for the renovation of the existing house.  He has a great understanding of the local subcontractors and their rates within the Connaught region. I would highly recommend Unyte Solutions to anyone needing similar services. Hi all We used Lee to design a drawing for us to renovate our home and also an extension to the rear.

From start to finish he has been really helpful and patient with the zoom calls and us changing around the plans he’s been very professional with this and he’s done an amazing job.
We are a very happy family as we can now go ahead with our design to build stage.

I would highly recommend him to anyone to do up a set of plans and we also used him to do us up a budget plan with itemised details for materials.
